  • What time is the check in?

    Check in time is from 14h00 on the day of arrival.

  • What time is the check out?

    Check-out is until 11 am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost. Please request this with our front desk team during check-in.

  • What can I do if I arrive earlier to the hotel?

    We are happy to store your luggage and you are welcome to explore our facilities, such as the pool or restaurant, until your room is ready.

  • Can I store my luggage with you?

    Yes, you can store your luggage with us on day of arrival or departure by coordinating with our reception team.

  • Are there hotel images on this website?

    Yes, you can find them here.

  • What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served between 07H00-11H00 in the Blowfish Restaurant.

  • Is breakfast included in the room rate?

    It is included if you have chosen a Bed & Breakfast rate. Otherwise, you can request it on check-in for an additional cost of R175.00 pp.

  • Do you offer free Wi-Fi?

    Yes, available in all rooms. You will be provided with a password on check in.

  • Are there parking facilities at the hotel?

    Yes, there is open public parking as well as undercover parking, both with 24 hour security.

  • What amenities are available in the rooms?

    All the basic bathroom amenities as well as a tea and coffee station.

  • Do you have a fitness center or swimming pool?

    No fitness center on site, but we have a beautiful outdoor swimming pool.

  • Is the hotel pet-friendly?

    No unfortunately not.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    48hrs prior to arrival out of season, 14 days prior to arrival in peak season. (season is from 15 December - 10 January and all Public Holidays in South Africa)

  • How do I modify or cancel a reservation?

    As per your booking channel or contact hotel directly by emailing reservations@dolphinbeachhotel.co.za.

  • What types of credit cards do you accept?

    All major credit cards.

  • Do you have a lift?

    Yes.

  • Do you offer airport shuttle services?

    Yes, we will be happy to quote, please email reservations@dolphinbeachhotel.co.za.

  • Are there restaurants or bars on-site?

    Yes, we have Blowfish Restaurant inhouse. You can find more information here.

  • How do I book a table at your restaurant?

    By making a direct call to the restaurant or hotel reception or via the Blowfish WhatsApp on +27 76 500 3230.

  • How do I book a treatment at the Spa?

    Direct call or via WhatsApp on +27 76 269 5567.

  • Is there a concierge service?

    No, however our reception is open 24 hours 7 days a week and our team will be more than happy to assist with any inquiry you may have. 

  • Can I host an event or meeting at the hotel?

    Yes, by prior arrangement, we do have a small meeting venue. Please, find more information here.

  • Do you have any special offers or packages?

  • Can I request an extra bed or crib in the room?

    There are many Restaurants, Bars, Gyms, Beaches and shopping malls in the vicinity. See our recommendations here.

  • Do you offer gift vouchers?

    No, but can arrange in advance, by emailing reservations@dolphinbeachhotel.co.za
