The West Coast National Park is home to over 1,000 species of wildflowers, and from July to October, they're on full display. But if you want to see them at their best, plan your visit for August and September - it's truly breathtaking!
Wildflower Hotspots:
- Postberg Flower Reserve: Witness the park's most dazzling displays of wildflowers, especially during peak season (August to September)
- Tienie Versveld Wildflower Reserve: Wander along scenic trails and drink in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape
- Kraalbaai Beach: Unwind on the pristine shores and soak up the serene atmosphere
Important Dates and Times:
- Postberg Section: Open from 1 August to 30 September 2024
- Postberg Gate Times: 9am to 5pm (last entry at 4:30pm)
- August: 7am to 6pm (last entry at 5:30pm)
- September: 7am to 7pm (last entry at 6:30pm)
